Recognized Firewise Community/USA

The community of Rosie (Independence County) became a FireWise community in December of 2009. With a population of approximately 750 residents, Rosie is served by the Southside Fire Department under Fire Chief Jeremy Loggins. This is one of six communities certified by the Southside Fire Department near Batesville, Arkansas.
