The home is located on the upper third west slope above Bull Shoals Lake and the cedars on the lower side have been thinned and ladder fuels removed. On the north and east side of the home, the lawn is lean, clean and green. The south side of the home is protected by a loop driveway. Also, note the construction materials of the home, especially the Class A asphalt shingle roofing. The entire community of Diamond City has been invaded by Eastern Red Cedar with almost every home at risk.
