The home is surrounded on all sides by an immense defensible space that includes well-kept flowerbeds, a concrete pathway around the home and a wide, gravel driveway. David Samuel, Arkansas FireWise Coordinator, took numerous photos of the Stringer home prior to an "Introduction to the Firewise Communities/USA process" presentation and risk assessment training at the Mount Holly Volunteer Fire Department.
