FireWise Boards

Crawford County joined the Arkansas FireWise Team during the Crawford County Fire Chief’s Association monthly meeting in Mountainburg on March 16, 2006.

An introduction to the Arkansas FireWise Program was presented, and interested Fire Departments were invited to schedule Risk Assessment Training. Attending the meeting were Mulberry Fire Chief Calvin Walker, Mountainburg Fire Chief Terry Bassham, Mountainburg Firefighter Ron Stout, Fire District No. 4 Chief Randy Kuykendall and firefighter Greg Preston, Fire District No. 5 Chief Dale Ingle and firefighter Edward Ware, Fire District No. 6 Chief Jim Sullivent, Fire District No. 8 Treasurer Dewey Drummond, registered nurse Diane Osborne, Crawford County Department of Emergency Management Chief Deputy Commander Steven Gann and Susan McAitt, also of the Department of Emergency Management, and Arkansas Forestry Commission rangers James Jones and ReGina Gregory.
