The March 2003 Arkansas FireWise Home of the Month belongs to Gary Williams of Ozark.

The Williams home has more than ample defensible space, but they did not have to remove all the vegetation to achieve it. Note the absence of ladder fuels close to the home. Fred Mullen, Franklin County Office of Emergency Services Coordinator, was onhand for the certificate presentation.
