Recognized Firewise Community/USA

Members of the Franklin County Firewise board received training on the Arkansas Woodland Home Forest Fire Hazard Rating Assessment process (photo at left). The community of Ozark, the Frankllin County seat, formed a Firewise board on March 18, 2003, and became a recognized Firewise Community/USA on Dec. 21, 2004.
